There's a gondola station on the side of Punta della Dogana and a group of strapping gondolieri were cooing and oohing and aahing over...a baby, who, I'm guessing, is the child of one of their own. I wish the photo was better but, obviously, I needed to be discreet. I still think it's adorable - a slice of Venetian life.
