Rumoroso (Noisy)

This is - in the daytime - an extremely noisy place. The Italians are wonderfully passionate about everything but the volume of their passionate expression is often extraordinarily high. Everyone talks on his/her cell phone constantly and they talk very loudly. Even the children talk loudly. And the small ones cry and scream more loudly than could possibly be necessary to make their points. The boat motors are noisy, the garbage carts being plowed over cobblestone streets are noisy, the building restoration that goes on all over the place is noisy. It's just plain noisy. I'm just sayin'...
